This may be Comme des Garçons Homme Plus line, size M, but it's much smaller than that would suggest, and apart from the direction of the buttons, it's quite unisex. It's in a very lightweight dove grey wool suiting, with an ivory woven ribbon tipping all round the lapel, placket, hem, and a double row on the cuff. Two button close, single vent, two front pockets--and sorry we seem to have inserted the flaps inside for the pictures, but they DO have flaps--breast pocket, and two inside pockets, one buttoned. Half lined in gray acetate.
Measurements: chest 40", length 28", shoulder 17", sleeve 22"
STORY: I wore this to death one year and haven't touched it since.
