FROM ALISON ATTENBOROUGH'S CLOSET
Here's a total classic: a late-1940s to mid-1950s jacket in very plush (five eighths inch) mouton--which is sheared dyed sheepskin, and considered sustainable and uncruel. It's a short swing coat with turned back cuffs, two covered hook and eyes to close, and a pair of concealed front pockets. The lining is a brown acetate with gold stripe and there are no labels at all. It's in perfect condition.
Measurements: Length 23", chest 44", Shoulder 17", Sleeve 23"
STORY: I do like this a lot, but honestly, I have another very similar and that's the one I wear, even though this one is in way better condition.
