Doesn't fit? Not your thing? No problem. 

We are happy to offer returns.

Here's what to do.

1. Please email support@refashioner.com WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT to request a return. 

2. Do not remove the Refashioner label! It must remain attached in its original position.

3. You arrange and pay for return shipping.

4. We need to receive the piece within ten days for you to qualify for a refund.

5. The piece is your responsibility until it reaches us.

6. Accessories and bags are FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

7. Once we've checked the piece matches the original listing, we will issue you a full refund via paypal, minus paypal fees, shipping charge and any insurance.
 
8. We do not charge a restocking fee.
