Your privacy is very important to us. We want you to know more about how ReFashioner safeguards its users and protects their privacy. This Privacy Policy, which is part of our Terms of Use, sets forth our practices regarding the collection and use of "personal information" as well as the choices we offer you regarding the use of this information. "Personal information" is information that personally identifies you; including, for example, your name, address, shipping address, telephone number, social security number, credit card number, bank account details, and email address

Your use in any manner of, and/or registration with www.refashioner.com (the "Site") will constitute your agreement to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. If you cannot agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, please do not use the Site. This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear at the end of this document. Continued access to the Site by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Privacy Policy. Please note, if you are under age 13 you are not permitted to use this Site or to provide any personal information about yourself to us.

Personal Information

You provide certain personal information to us when you: (a) join the ReFashioner website (the "Site") or one of its partner’s membership programs; (b) bid for, buy, or sell items through the Site; (c) sign up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) enter sweepstakes and contests sponsored by us or one of our partners; or (e) send email messages, submit forms or send other information to us. We may collect personal information from you elsewhere on our site. We may also receive certain personal information from some of our third party partners.

Our servers automatically collect information from your computer and browser including your IP address, software, hardware and which sites users visit and which pages are viewed within the Site. We use a feature of your browser called a "cookie" to assign a User ID that automatically identifies your computer when you visit the site. We also use cookies placed by third party servers to target the advertising delivered to you. This practice is common in Internet advertising.

We use personal information, among other things, for invoicing, billing, shipping and other transaction related purposes, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to personalize your service, to investigate activity that may violate our Terms of Use, in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims and to develop and market products and services that may be of interest to you. Our Site contains links to websites and access to content, products and services from third parties, including users, advertisers, affiliates and sponsors of our website whose information practices may be different than ours. You should consult the other websites' privacy policies, as ReFashioner has no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

User Choices

We offer registered users choices regarding our use of your personal information. You can change, add or delete certain personal information you have supplied to us by going to your Account in your Closet. You can opt-out of receiving email messages from us about products and services at any time, either by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or by emailing us at info@refashioner.com.

You can also opt-out of us disclosing your personal information to our third party partners that provide certain features of the service (in which case you may not be able to access these features). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you should understand that personal information previously disclosed by us to third parties before you delete or change such information in our database as well as personal information disclosed by you to selected third parties during the registration process or as part of a transaction will be used according to such third parties' privacy policies. Also, information supplied by you to other users during a transaction may be stored by such user's computers. Please note, even if you delete or change some personal information in our registration database, it may still be stored on other databases (including those kept for archival purposes).

Information You Share with Third Parties

We have designed the Site to include a privacy setting that allows you to limit the information made visible to other users. Your User ID is displayed on the Site and is therefore available to the public. All of your activities on the Site including past transactions will be traceable to your User ID. In addition any comments, feedback and ratings in connection with such activities will be visible to others. Therefore, if you associate your name with your User ID, users and other third parties may be able to personally identify you and your activities on the Site. Although ReFashioner takes steps to ensure that other users of the Site use information you post, publish or otherwise share on the Site in a manner consistent with your privacy settings, we cannot guarantee that such users will comply. If you choose to share information with other users, please remember that even after you remove information from your profile, delete post/published content, copies of such information may remain visible elsewhere to the extent it has been shared with others, distributed elsewhere or copied or stored by other users.

Security

We use industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, such as firewalls and secure socket layers where appropriate. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.

Email Notices From ReFashioner

From time to time, you may receive email messages from ReFashioner about products, services, promotions, contests or other events or offerings that may interest you. Some email messages from ReFashioner are automated. ReFashioner will allow any member to unsubscribe from any email communication from us and to be removed from our mailing list, either by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or by emailing us at info@refashioner.com.

Further Information

We cannot ensure that your private communications and other personal information will not be disclosed to third parties. By way of example, without limiting the foregoing, we may be forced to disclose information to the government under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or we might disclose your information to other sites as part of offering additional functionality to you.
