I started collecting Patch jewelry seven years ago. As I am getting older, I am finding I can not pull off some of the pieces, like this one. I have worn it just once, so it's in great condition.

Here is a fun Patch NYC necklace, from when Patch was producing jewelry of a 60s vintage vibe. The length is adjustable from long to almost choker. Features a puffy flower and leaves with a bead cluster on a fabric string and a thick chain.
